These terms govern the use of Client One, a business management platform (CRM, inventory, billing, messaging and automations) operated by Cloy, LLC. By using Client One, the business and its users accept these terms.
Client One is business-to-business (B2B) software. It is not made available to the general public for self-signup: access is granted to organizations and their authorized users, under a commercial agreement between the organization and Cloy, LLC, arranged outside the app.
The Client One iOS app does not sell subscriptions, plans, credits or any other digital good through Apple's in-app purchase system, and does not offer a way to create a new account from within the app. Organizations contract the service directly with Cloy, LLC through a separate commercial agreement; billing for that agreement, where applicable, is handled outside the app. The app is a tool for an organization's already-authorized users to do their work, not a storefront.
Client One provides a workspace per business to manage contacts, conversations, inventory and billing, including the ability to connect messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram to serve the business's own customers.
Each business is responsible for the information it enters into Client One and for keeping its team's access secure. By connecting a Meta account (WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram), the business authorizes Client One to use that connection solely to provide the messaging service described in the application.
Client One may not be used to send unsolicited messages (spam), impersonate a third party, or violate the policies of connected platforms (Meta, among others).
Client One is provided "as is". Reasonable effort is made to keep the service available, but no specific uptime is guaranteed.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this same page with its updated date.
